I’m a professional guitarist and songwriter based out of Los Angeles. Currently I’m the guitarist for Solange Knowles. I spend most of my time on the road with this group. When I’m in town I do shows with my own band (the Matt Haze Band), or back up other artists and do studio work. Other artists I’m really proud to have recorded and/or performed with the last few years include Lady Gaga, Pat Metheny, Terrence Howard, New West Guitar Quartet, Left Coast Funk Orchestra, Kelly Sweet, Bushwalla, to name a few. I'm surrounded by good people, always growing, experiencing new things, interacting with artists of all sorts on creative endeavors.
